What you think about in the first five minutes of the day sets the tone for the rest of the day.

  There are several kinds of journals that you can incorporate into your daily and weekly routine.   There isn’t one perfect journaling technique so It is recommended that you utilize a variety of journaling techniques. Here are three types of journals I use in my daily and weekly routine.
